We provide a variety of Web-hosting, domain name, web-site and application design and development services to a limited number of clients. We also cater for a range of Data, Network and System Security requirements that not only provide for secure and restricted access to your confidential and private data and applications but also enhance your data and systems integrity allowing for recovery and restores in the event of catastophic systems failure or disaster recovery. This includes, to the extent of being physically possible, the recovery of data from damaged hard disks and deleted files.

We limit our client base in order to ensure that the quality of our services and support remains consistently high. We thereby also ensure that we have a personal, long-term stake in our clients’ hosted offerings – you, the client, can then concentrate upon the delivery of your hosted services to your customer base, as opposed to having to deal with technical and related issues that may be outside your daily experience.

Balanced and Performance-Critical Servers

Unlike certain other “hosting” providers it is not, nor ever has been, our intention to simply enrol as many hosting clients as possible and pack them onto a single virtual, or dedicated, server and thereafter “hope” that they do not attempt to make use of an overstretched server and support service commonly maintained by staff whose technical expertise is limited to asking a series of questions, and providing “canned” answers from a “support” script. Such an approach by hosting and application service providers ensures strife, communication and service breakdown which is invariably detrimental to a clients’ hosted business, or personal, service offerings.

Technical and End-User Support

Our customers benefit from technical support both from ourselves and from the facilities provided by our selected providers for hosting and related issues. We do not hide the fact that we re-sell web hosting services nor do we prevent our customers from using the facilities they offer for technical support. The ethos is that of providing a single point-of-contact via ourselves for all your technical issues. Invariably we resolve these issues directly and deal with our selected hosting providers on your behalf.
